T-shirt a Day Challenge

A friend of mine has challenged me to wear a different t-shirt (that I already own – no buying new ones for it) every day for a month. I have way too many of them, so it’s really not going to be very difficult. I’ll be doing it in January. I’ll be documenting it by taking pictures, so I’ll have something to post about every day next month. I will also, if possible, list where the shirts were purchased, and when.

I buy t-shirts from a lot of places. Here’s an (incomplete) list:

That list is far from comprehensive. I’m sure I left out many places. I also subscribe to some t-shirt blogs in Google Reader. Yes, there are t-shirt blogs.

That’s also an incomplete list. I just might have a t-shirt problem.

LEDs

LEDs

Finally got my order from Futurlec. Got a large assortment of things from their Value Packs page, including 300 LEDs.

My First Bag of Crap

It showed up a few days ago. Pictures have been up since the day I got it, but I’ve been too lazy to post about it. I can’t sleep, so I’m fixing that. Here’s my first Bag of Crap!

Four little stick on flashlights. One of them is small enough to fit in my wallet, so I will always have a flashlight on me now. Not something I’d have gone out and bought, but not useless.

I can always use an extra iPod charger. Nice.

You’d think I’d be able to use a camera bag, but this one is too big for my point and shoot, and too small for my DSLR. Don’t know what I’m going to do with it, but I’ll figure something out.

I can always use extra outlets, too. These things seem decent enough.

Overall, a pretty damn good bag of crap. Definitely worth the $8.

Airports

Haven’t posted since November ended (with the exception of a few photoblog images that don’t count). Haven’t had much to say, and wasn’t trying to post every day this month. Still don’t have much to say, so here’s a couple of pictures I took in airports on my trip to NY for Thanksgiving.

LAX, mostly empty, the day before Thanksgiving:

Damn Weather

I’m sitting in JFK, waiting for the line at the gate to get shorter. My flight from here to Phoenix is delayed, and I’m not going to make my connection. The flight from Phoenix to Santa Barbara is the last one out tonight, so I’ll be stuck in Phoenix I guess. Jon and Vanessa will probably be getting to Phoenix about the same time as I am, so it’s likely I’ll stay with them tonight and then fly back to Santa Barbara tomorrow morning.

Not really the end of the world. The most annoying thing here is the damn people at the gate are so damn slow and the line is barely moving. I’m not even in line, just waiting for everyone else to get their plans settled and the line to get shorter before I get mine worked out.

Kiefer Sutherland was in the airport here. I had nothing else to do…

so tired

It’s been a good, but tiring, trip so far. A pretty typical Thanksgiving dinner. No shopping on Black Friday. Well, no shopping in physical stores… I picked up a Sony S350 blu-ray player from Dell. $194 shipped, after tax. Today, went to NJ to my brother’s place, and spent the day there with them. Evan is as cute as ever, and talking a ton. He’s a smart little guy.

Not really much else going on right now, I guess. I’m absolutely exhausted.

Day 28

Nothing to say today. Sorry. 😉

Probably won’t have much the next few days, either.
