I’m sitting in JFK, waiting for the line at the gate to get shorter. My flight from here to Phoenix is delayed, and I’m not going to make my connection. The flight from Phoenix to Santa Barbara is the last one out tonight, so I’ll be stuck in Phoenix I guess. Jon and Vanessa will probably be getting to Phoenix about the same time as I am, so it’s likely I’ll stay with them tonight and then fly back to Santa Barbara tomorrow morning.
Not really the end of the world. The most annoying thing here is the damn people at the gate are so damn slow and the line is barely moving. I’m not even in line, just waiting for everyone else to get their plans settled and the line to get shorter before I get mine worked out.
Kiefer Sutherland was in the airport here. I had nothing else to do…

LOL! I mentioned the Jack Bauer sighting to my hubs, who said the exact same thing. 😉 He also said that you should have yelled, “Drop your weapon!”… but something tells me that wouldn’t have gone over well in an airport.
